1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Nandaka Interactive Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), having its principal place of business at G1, #4/608, V.O.C Street, D#423, Kottivakkam, Perungudi, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, 600041, which operates the game Legends of Hastinapur (the "Game"). By accessing, installing, downloading, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Game.
Features, content, pricing, and availability may change over time. Any purchase in progress will be governed by the terms and price shown at the time of that purchase.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Players aged 13–17 must have express permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms on their behalf. During registration they confirm their date of birth and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and we may request additional guardian details during paid checkout or other compliance checks. Players aged 18 and above may create accounts independently.
You must provide an accurate date of birth during registration. Providing a false age declaration, or helping another player bypass the age rules, is a Terms violation and may block account access or checkout.
Guardian acknowledgement and receipt/support contact details are recorded only when a 13–17 account starts paid checkout. The guardian authorizes the payment for the player account and may receive receipt or support communications related to that order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with other persons. You agree to notify us immediately at grievance@nandakainteractive.in of any unauthorized access to your account.
One person may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized in writing by us. Multi-accounting for competitive advantage is prohibited.
You represent that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
3. User Conduct
You agree to abide by our Code of Conduct at all times while using the Game. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Cheating & Exploits
Use of third-party software, bots, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban without appeal.
Harassment
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory behavior toward other players will not be tolerated and may result in immediate permanent ban.
Real-Money Trading
Selling or buying in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money outside official channels is strictly prohibited. LOH Gold has no real-world monetary value.
Economy Exploits
Duplication exploits, unauthorized automation, or any deliberate manipulation of in-game systems is a serious violation subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all in-game assets.
4. Virtual Currency & Hastinapur Seals
The store offers clearly priced digital entitlements such as Hastinapur Seals, Legend Pass membership, Founder Pack promotions, and cosmetic items. The Game also features LOH Gold, which is earned in game through gameplay.
LOH Gold has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of real-world monetary value.
Hastinapur Seals are premium in-game items that can be used only for membership time and cosmetic-only Vastra Tokens. Seals have no cash value, are not currency, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be redeemed outside the Game.
Vastra Tokens, if offered, are cosmetic-only virtual items. They do not add combat power, do not provide financial return, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Game.
The Game contains no loot boxes or randomized paid reward mechanics. All premium items available for real money are clearly priced in the store with transparent contents.
Legend Pass subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refund is issued for cancellation alone. Initial Legend Pass purchases are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 7 days, calculated against unused membership time, except where applicable law requires a different correction. Paid membership time starts counting down on 1 Jan 2028.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy: cosmetic purchases are refundable within 48 hours if unused, Seal purchases are final once delivered to the account except for duplicate charges, payment-provider failures, failed delivery, statutory correction, or valid minor/guardian claim exceptions, and purchases by minors are refundable on a valid guardian claim after verification. Refund requests must be submitted to support@legendsofhastinapur.com.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual goods and their prices at any time without prior notice, except during a purchase in progress.
5. Account Termination & Ban Policy
Violations of these Terms are handled through a progressive enforcement ladder. The severity and response depend on the nature and frequency of the violation:
1. Warning — issued for minor first-time violations with a corrective notice sent to your registered email.
2. Temporary Suspension (24h–30d) — issued for repeated minor violations or single moderate violations. Account access is restricted for the specified period.
3. Permanent Ban — issued for severe violations (economy exploits, botting, real-money trading, harassment campaigns) or repeat moderate violations. Permanent bans are generally not reversible.
In all cases, Hastinapur Seals that were fraudulently obtained or used to fund a violation may be forfeited. We are not obligated to refund purchases made prior to a ban resulting from Terms violation.
Appeals for permanent bans may be submitted within 30 days of the ban to grievance@nandakainteractive.in. Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days. Our decision is final.
Zero Tolerance
Economy exploits (duplication, wash trading, RMT) result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning. No appeal is available for accounts used primarily for exploitation.
6. Ownership Rights
All right, title and interest in and to the Game and all associated content (including without limitation software, code, art, music, audiovisual works, text, design, trade dress, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable laws.
The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and agree that virtual items, currency, and other in-game content are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value.
We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Game content without explicit prior written permission from Nandaka Interactive Private Limited.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Game, or your use thereof.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution through our support team at grievance@nandakainteractive.in. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, the language shall be English, and the arbitration shall be conducted before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India where necessary to prevent irreparable harm, protect intellectual property, or enforce account-safety and anti-abuse obligations.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of use, data, goodwill, revenue, or profits arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amounts paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or (ii) INR 5,000.
9. Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your user conduct or in-game behavior, (c) cheating, exploitation, or RMT, or (d) your infringement or violation of any third-party right.
10. User-Generated Content
If you submit or share user-generated content ("UGC"), you grant the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, perform, display, and create derivative works from such UGC in connection with the Game and its promotion.
Public player bios are not available at launch. Do not attempt to publish personal bios, real-world contact details, or sensitive personal information through names, chat, support attachments, screenshots, or any other player-visible surface.
