1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs digital purchases made through Legends of Hastinapur ("the Game"), including Hastinapur Seals, Legend Pass, Founder Packs, cosmetics, and other in-game entitlements. It is subject to the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 and applicable digital goods regulations.
We are committed to fair and transparent practices. Where a refund is legally required or reasonably warranted, we will process it promptly. Please read this policy before making any purchase.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes (GST) are included at checkout.
Receipts are tied to the signed-in player account. For under-18 checkout, guardian acknowledgement and guardian receipt contact are recorded for the order audit trail.
2. Hastinapur Seals
Hastinapur Seals are premium in-game items licensed for use inside Legends of Hastinapur. They may be used only for membership time or cosmetic-only Vastra Tokens. They have no cash value, are not currency, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be redeemed outside the Game.
Seal purchases are final once delivered to the account.
We review Seal refund requests only to correct duplicate charges, payment-provider failures, failed delivery, statutory correction, or valid minor/guardian claim exceptions.
Once a Seal has been delivered, redeemed, used for membership time or cosmetic-only Vastra Tokens, or otherwise applied in game, it is non-refundable except for the correction and legal exceptions listed above.
Final on Delivery
Seal purchases are final once delivered to the account, except for duplicate charges, payment-provider failures, failed delivery, statutory correction, or valid minor/guardian claim exceptions.
3. Membership (Legend Pass)
Legend Pass subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellation alone.
Initial membership purchases are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 7 days of purchase, calculated against unused membership time. After 7 days, membership is non-refundable except where applicable law requires correction.
Paid membership time starts counting down on 1 Jan 2028.
If you cancel, you retain Legend Pass benefits until the current billing period ends.
4. Founder Packs & Cosmetics
Founder Packs are one-time store promotions that include permanent cosmetics and membership perks. Current prices are shown in the live store catalog at checkout.
Cosmetic purchases and Founder Pack cosmetic components are refundable within 48 hours from the date of purchase, provided the cosmetic item has not been redeemed, equipped, activated, transferred, or otherwise used in game.
Individual cosmetic items purchased separately (skins, emotes, titles) are non-refundable once equipped, activated, transferred, or otherwise used in game.
If a Founder Pack item is found to be defective or materially different from its description, please contact support within 48 hours for a full review.
Defective Items
If an item does not work as described, contact support@legendsofhastinapur.com within 48 hours with a screenshot.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances (except as required by applicable law):
• Hastinapur Seals that have been delivered, used for membership time or cosmetic-only Vastra Tokens, or otherwise used in game, except for duplicate charges, payment-provider failures, failed delivery, statutory correction, or valid minor/guardian claim exceptions
• Cosmetic items that have been equipped or activated
• In-game currency (LOH Gold) earned through gameplay
• Accounts that have been permanently banned for Terms of Service violations
• Any cosmetic purchase made more than 48 hours before the refund request or initial membership purchase made more than 7 days before the refund request, except where applicable law requires correction
Banned Accounts
Accounts banned for Terms violations forfeit all virtual goods. No refunds are issued for banned accounts.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@legendsofhastinapur.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]".
Include: your registered email address, order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email), item purchased, reason for refund request, and proof of purchase.
We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete our review within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If the order involved guardian checkout acknowledgement, the guardian receipt contact may be included in support and refund correspondence for that order.
Purchases made by minors are refundable on a valid parent or guardian claim after account, order, and guardian relationship verification, subject to abuse checks and applicable law.
For disputes not resolved through our support process, you may escalate to the consumer forum under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019.
For purposes of this policy, a virtual item shall be deemed "consumed" upon first use, permitted in-game application, equipping, activation, transfer, gifting, or any in-game action that effects an irreversible application or transfer.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
