1.Grant of License
Nandaka Interactive Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Legends of Hastinapur (the "Game") solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license is conditioned upon your continued compliance with this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Any use of the Game outside the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.
Features, content, progression, and economy mechanics may be modified, reset, removed, or discontinued where permitted by applicable law and these terms.
This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game, its content, or any virtual items within it.
2.Account Terms
You may create one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage, bypass bans, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration. You agree to keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person.
Account sharing, account selling, account gifting, or account transfer to another person is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at grievance@nandakainteractive.in. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
3.Virtual Currency & Items
The Game features LOH Gold, earned through gameplay, and premium virtual items such as Hastinapur Seals and cosmetic-only Vastra Tokens.
LOH Gold, Hastinapur Seals, Vastra Tokens, and other virtual items are licensed to you. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed outside the Game, and do not constitute property under any applicable law.
The Game contains NO loot boxes, no randomized paid reward mechanics, and no pay-to-win elements. All premium items are clearly priced with transparent contents.
Seal purchases are final once delivered to the account, except to correct duplicate charges, payment-provider failures, failed delivery, statutory correction, or valid minor/guardian claim exceptions. Refund requests must be submitted to support@legendsofhastinapur.com.
We reserve the right to adjust the pricing, availability, and attributes of virtual items at any time, except during a purchase in progress.
In-game purchases attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law. GST invoices are provided through the payment portal.
4.Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement action ranging from temporary suspension to permanent account termination:
Bots & Automation
Using third-party software, macros, bots, or any automated means to interact with the Game. This includes auto-clicking, pathfinding scripts, and any software that plays the Game without direct human input.
Exploits & Cheating
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain unfair advantage. Duplication exploits, item generation, and economy manipulation are zero-tolerance violations resulting in immediate permanent ban.
Account Trading
Selling, buying, auctioning, gifting, or trading your account or any in-game item for real-world currency outside of official channels (real-money trading / RMT). LOH Gold has no real-world value and RMT violates this EULA.
Harassment & Abuse
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, discriminatory language, or any behaviour targeting players based on religion, caste, gender, nationality, or other protected characteristics as defined under Indian law.
Trust & Safety Ladder
All violations are handled through the Company's 4-tier enforcement ladder: (1) Warning, (2) 24h–7d suspension, (3) 30-day suspension, (4) Permanent ban. Severe violations (bots, RMT, exploits) skip directly to permanent ban.
5.Intellectual Property
All content within the Game — including but not limited to artwork, graphics, music, sound effects, animations, characters, items, lore, quest narratives, dialogue, code, and the "Legends of Hastinapur" name and brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nandaka Interactive Private Limited.
The Game is protected under the Indian Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999, and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, adapt, publicly display, sublicense, or create derivative works based on Game content without prior written permission from the Company.
You may create personal, non-commercial fan art and fan fiction. If you share it publicly, you must clearly mark it as unofficial fan content and not represent it as endorsed by or affiliated with the Company.
By submitting any user-generated content (e.g., feedback, screenshots, game clips) to the Company, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
6.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided subject to this EULA, the Terms of Service, and applicable consumer protection laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided in those documents.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Service interruptions, data resets, and feature changes may occur where permitted by applicable law and these terms.
We do not warrant that defects in the Game will be corrected or that any particular feature will remain available. The Game's servers may be taken offline at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
Nothing in this disclaimer affects any non-excludable statutory guarantees or rights you may have under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other applicable consumer protection law.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this EULA or your use of the Game shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
For free-to-play players who have made no purchases, the Company's maximum liability is ₹0 (zero rupees). If you have made in-game purchases, liability is capped at the total amount paid in the prior 12 months.
In no event shall the Company be liable for: (a) loss of data or game progress; (b) loss of virtual items, currency, or account access; or (c) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the Company's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Virtual Item Risk
Do not treat virtual items as permanent assets or stores of value. Virtual items are licensed content and may be modified where permitted by applicable law and these terms.
8.Termination
This EULA and your license to play the Game may be terminated by the Company at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of this EULA or the Terms of Service.
Accounts terminated for EULA violations are subject to the ban ladder described in Section 4. Severe violations result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
Upon account termination, all licenses granted to you under this EULA are immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the Game.
Following account termination for EULA violations, your character data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion to allow for appeals review. After 7 days, all character data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
To appeal a permanent ban, submit your appeal within 30 days of termination to grievance@nandakainteractive.in. Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days. The Company's decision on appeals is final.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Game service in its entirety. In such event, we will provide at least 30 days notice where reasonably practicable.
9.Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA, including disputes as to its validity, interpretation, or enforceability, shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 2015.
The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Arbitration shall be conducted in English before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek interim injunctive relief from the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable for a particular dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction for such dispute shall be the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
